Hi. I’m Steven. I’m a third generation baker and I love what I do. After working extensively in the baking industry my wife Tracy and I decided to come here because we love Raumati Beach and the feel of the Village community. You will find me up at 3am daily getting all the fresh baking made for the day. You can be assured the bread and other goods are baked daily.

What makes me different from a lot of other bakers is my focus on quality ingredients. I make my products from scratch and use superior ingredients, which you can taste.

You’ll notice the difference when you bite into some of our crunchy sourdough bread or when you enjoy a slice or tasty pie. In fact, many of our customers reckon we make the best pies on the Kapiti Coast. The place absolutely fills up at lunchtime and sometimes it pays to get in a bit early.

We have an extensive range of slices, rolls, pies and cakes, which cater for the whole market. We get everybody from school kids through to local businesses and professionals. People keep coming back because of the taste, value for money and quality of product.

We have a great relationship with our customers and we often keep items aside for people to make sure they get what they like when they come in.

The business started out small and it's really taken off for us to the point where I’ve had to hire another baker to keep up with the demand.
