Kapiti Snapper - It’s all in the rig!!
We caught 3 snapper and lost 4 others. Strong current proved good fishing. Lots of Snapper on the Kapiti Coast at about 20m of water and we found out the Snapper rig is the best way to catch them. It was rough and our boat filled with water trying to get out, but fishing was great. Worked out some great stuff today and feel very confident I can now catch Snapper - it seems to be getting easier and easier when you get your technique correct.
